The 8base Team is Expanding — Introducing Carlos Arevalo, Associate Designer

We are excited to announce today that with the growth of live beta customers utilizing the 8base Platform, we are expanding our design team to keep up with the increased demand and rapid pace of innovation.

We are welcoming Carlos Arevalo, a UI/UX professional and recent Ironhack graduate, to the team as our newest Associate Designer. Coming from a background of architectural studies, Carlos was chosen by Uber from a pool of 2,500+ applicants to attend Ironhack’s User Experience/User Interface Design program. Working alongside our product, technology, and design leaders, he will be responsible for further driving the UI/UX of our developer tools, assisting in the ideation of new features, and delivering compelling ways to enrich the user experience for software developers transitioning away from antiquated, inefficient tools to our transformational low-code platform.
